My Philosophy
I believe that all individuals are capable of change. It is my philosophy that when people get “stuck”, it is our job as therapists to help clients get “unstuck” by helping them identify their tools, support them in learning new tools and how to use those tools in a healthy manner. I believe that in order to assist in the facilitation of change a therapist and client must have a strong bond and trusting relationship. With these two components the possibilities are endless.
